Ghostpaste is a browser-based automation utility that streamlines the prompt submission and image management process on third-party AI generation platforms. We do not provide the image generation services ourselves; we provide the automation layer to interact with them.
3. Ethical Use & Compliance
You agree to use Ghostpaste in compliance with the Terms of Service of the platforms you automate (e.g., Midjourney, Recraft, Ideogram). Ghostpaste is intended for personal and professional workflow optimization. You are solely responsible for ensuring your automation activities do not violate third-party policies.
4. Intellectual Property
The Ghostpaste software, including its proprietary "Stealth Mode" algorithms and UI components, is owned by Ghostpaste Automation. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the extension for its intended purpose.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
Ghostpaste is provided "as is." While we strive for 100% stability, automation interfaces can break due to third-party site updates. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
6. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Ghostpaste Automation be liable for any account suspensions, data loss, or indirect damages resulting from the use of our automation tools. Use at your own risk.
7. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Ghostpaste Automation is registered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
